Letter from John C. Slater, Massachusetts Institute of Technology Department of Physics, to LP, RE: Tells LP that April and May would be a good time for him to come to MIT. Says that he can not say anything about financial arrangements until he talks to Compton and that he would like to consult with others before telling LP would the topics of his lectures should be, but that he thinks LP's suggestions are good. Informs LP that the plans for the dedication ceremony have not been solidified yet. Discusses things at Berkeley.
