In this interview, Petersen discusses his upbringing in Pendleton, Oregon, his experiences as an OSU undergraduate studying history and sociology, and his career as a student employee and faculty member in the OSU Libraries. Chris Petersen (b. 1976) is a Senior Faculty Research Assistant in the Special Collections and Archives Research Center at OSU Libraries. He graduated from OSU in 1999 with bachelor's degrees in History and Sociology. He is also the lead editor of The Pauling Catalogue, the founder, editor and publisher of The Pauling Blog, and the director of the OSU Sesquicentennial Oral History Project.
