Container List
- Series 1: Motion Picture Films, 1934-1957 Add to Shelf
- The film reels described in Series 1 were mostly processed by Eastman Kodak Co. in San Francisco and mailed to department chair Roland Dimick or Fisheries and Wildlife instructor Frank Groves. Where they exist, reel titles and dates have been discerned based upon annotations made on the original packaging used to mail the items to Corvallis. In other instances, reels have been described as a result of frame reviews. All of the items described in the series are on 3-inch reels and contain approximately 50 feet of film for a 3 to 4 minute run time. Access to Series 1 materials is limited to frame review in the SCARC reading room.

Series 2 contains video content generated for eight distance learning courses developed by the Fisheries and Wildlife department at OSU, and an additional class (LAW 607) offered jointly by the University of Oregon and OSU. All nine courses are organized as sub-series within Series 2, arranged by course number. Many of the tapes held in this series are undated. In those instances, a date has been assigned that correlates with the first mention of a given course in the OSU General Catalogue.
Wherever possible, a master copy (DVCPro or MiniDV format) and an access copy (DVD or VHS format) of each course has been retained and described as a component of a given sub-series. All content originally captured to DVD has been migrated off of the accessioned storage media and is available in the SCARC reading room or upon patron request.
