The TQM materials include Quality Council minutes; an IBM grant proposal and project records; training materials; publications; conference records; and related documentation and correspondence. The construction records pertain to the following projects: the Child Care Center; Stevens Natatorium; Agricultural and Life Sciences Building; Bates Hall; the Environmental Computing Center; Parker Stadium; and Withycombe Hall (University Theater). They include project proposals and bids, progress reports, "one-percent for art" records, and related documentation and correspondence.
Accession 2002:028 contains correspondence and meeting minutes from the Campus Bike Week Committee, which formed in 1991 primarily to promote and coordinate activities for Bike-to-Work Week, May 17-23, 1992.
Accession 2002:094 is made up of records generated and collected by the Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration and includes budgetary materials, correspondence, meeting minutes, memoranda, and reports. The records largely pertain to budget evaluation, building construction and renovation, and administrative rules regulating legal matters such as free speech on campus.
Accession 2003:013 includes correspondence, meeting minutes, memoranda, newspaper clippings, publications and reports. Among the topics covered in these records are: university accreditation, a new budget funding model for the Oregon University System, the construction of a hotel for OSU, the formation of a OSU branch campus at Bend, technology resource fees, and a policy regarding e-commerce. Also included in this accession are materials from the Willamette Criminal Justice Council.
Accession 2003:032 consists of 5-year budget summaries proposed for the OSU Cascades branch in Bend.
Accession 2004:094 includes correspondence, meeting minutes, newspaper clippings, publications, and reports. Primarily documenting relations between the university and Corvallis, Benton County, and the state of Oregon, the topics covered in these records include: the West Corvallis Growth Management Planning Task Force, the Linn-Benton Loop Transit system, fire protection services and billing, utility rates, city planning, state legislation, and energy services (which includes a student analysis of the installation of a co-generation energy plant at OSU). In addition, there are also disclosure statements from the Cost Accounting Standards Board.
Accession 2006:028 consists of contracts, correspondence, meeting minutes, newspaper clippings, and reports. In addition to records of staff meetings and various university committees, the items in this transfer also document webpage development planning, building renovation and construction projects, interaction with local municipal agencies, the establishment of the OSU Cascades branch in Bend, and response planning to potential domestic terrorism threats. Included among the university committees and task forces represented in these records are: the Accident Review Board, Bike Committee, Parking and Transportation Task Force, Radiation Safety Committee, and Persons with Disabilities Committee.
Accession 2008:098 contains correspondence and reports generated and collected by the Office of Finance and Administration that relate to budgeting issues. Mostly pertaining to the implementation of a new resource allocation system/budget model, other topics covered in these records include revenue forecasts for the state, dual admission and enrollment programs, enrollment projections, and budgetary advice from observers outside the Oregon University System.

These records primarily document the following committees: the Finance and Administration Diversity Initiative Work Group, the Community Network Advisory Committee, the Business Centers Steering Committee, a Business Manager's work group, and the University Fees Policy and Procedure Workgroup.
