The collection includes photographs of University Archives student assistants and professional staff, including Michael Holland, Larry Landis, Elizabeth Nielsen, Colene Voll and Karl McCreary. Student assistants depicted include Jennifer Cooney, Dawn Barron, Shane Hazzard, and Rob Ouellette. This collection also includes prints of Elizabeth Nielsen's receipt of the OSUMA Hero Award.
Accession 1997:054 includes photographs of several Archives staff members - Janet Wendt, Genny Turner, Shawn Scarlett, Kathy Lambert, and Kathy Kinnaman - and several campus construction projects, including the building of the CH2M Hill Alumni Center and the Valley Library.
Accession 2003:077 documents the department's move from the Kerr Administration Building to the Valley Library and includes depictions of Archives staff, students, and hired movers shelving boxes. These images also show the new Archives reference room and workroom in the Valley Library, as well as collections and supplies packed up in boxes at the old Archives offices in the Kerr Administration building.
Accession 2006:008 includes slides prepared by the University Archives for lectures and presentations on OSU History and the Archives' role in records management. Reproduced from photographs in the Archives' collections, the slides depict campus buildings, university presidents and faculty, student activities, students assisting in agriculture during World War II, Agricultural Experiment Station buildings, exhibits organized by the Archives, and records recovery and preservation at the OSU Mink Farm after a break-in by vandals. Included with the images is a script for a slide presentation to the OSU Foundation Board of Trustees luncheon in 1998. Most of the images are identified by collection and image number.
Accession 2007:001 includes photographs of University Archivist Larry Landis conducting a tour of the OSU campus and speaking at the opening session of a meeting of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Society of Architectural Historians.
