Scope and Content Notes
The scrapbook includes a chronological narrative beginning with the Beavers' win over Oregon in the Civil War game and concluding with the reception that the team received back in Corvallis after their victory over Duke in the Rose Bowl game. The scrapbook also includes an itinerary detailing the team's train ride to North Carolina and back, as well as menus, postcards, game tickets, and a wool jacket patch emblazoned with the words "Rose Bowl 1942."
