The Educational Opportunities Program Records consist predominantly of materials generated and collected by the College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP). These include blank forms, correspondence, publications, statistical information, survey materials, and two photograph albums. The records document the administration of CAMP and address topics such as student recruitment, policy development, budgetary management, conference and workshop participation, and university committee involvement. The photograph albums include color and b/w photographic prints made in 1988-1996 of CAMP participants and staff members (individual and group photos) as well as award ceremonies, classroom presentations, open houses, orientation events, and trips. The photographs document several trips to the Oregon coast and a 1996 speech by Jesse Jackson in Gill Coliseum. Some of the photographs of individuals are identified.
Records of the Educational Opportunities Program (EOP) also include EOP enrollment data and publications, such as manuals, newsletters, and brochures from other OSU offices and student organizations serving minority student groups.
