Records pertain to the activities of the Steak and Chop Club, particularily meetings held at different locations throughout the state. Meeting minutes/reports are incomplete. Correspondence is primarily among the club's officers and to/from guests invited to the club's meetings.
An addition to the Steak and Chop Club Records (Accession 2008:011) consists of biographical essays, bylaws, constitutions, correspondence, financial reports, meeting minutes, membership lists, newspaper clippings, photographs, and a scrapbook. In addition to serving as a sign-in ledger for meetings, the scrapbook also contains correspondence, meeting minutes, newspaper clippings, and photographs. Profiles, obituaries, and other news items about individual club members are featured in the biographical essays and clippings.
