Robert W. Chick, 1970.  Chick was the first Dean of Students at Oregon State University. He also founded the College Student Services Administration program in 1966, becoming the Vice President for Student Affairs.

The College Student Services Administration (CSSA) Program Records document the development and administration of the CSSA program primarily from 1979 through 2002. The CSSA program is a graduate program that was founded in 1966. The curriculum has emphasized administrative leadership and management of programs and services for two- and four-year colleges and universities.
