Letter from Linus Pauling to the Board of Trustees, Cedars of Lebanon Hospital. May 29, 1952Pauling writes to investigate the hold on Dr. Lippman's medical research grants. He states that the withheld funding is also affecting medical research being performed at Caltech, and provides further detail as to what that research entails. He concludes his letter by stating his interest in and support for Dr. Lippman's work, and asks that the Board reconsider withdrawing Lippman's funding. View Transcript
