Attaches a list of those individuals with their addresses and encloses copies of two of the basic documents of the Congress. Tells them that within a month the complete proceedings of the Congress should be available and that he will send copies to them. Says that he will also send them a copy of Rev. John W. Darr, Jr.’s report of the Congress within a week. Lets them know how to reach him in case there is any more information or materials that they would like to have.
