Says that he hopes Bright likes the dielectric constant section. Says that he will get XV to him by January 15th. Lets Bright know that he will be in Cambridge April 5th - 15th and that McGraw-Hill should be making tracings of drawings soon and set up some sample galleys. Asks how his research is progressing. Asks if LP sent them express. Informs LP that his title should be "Society of Fellows." Lists some of the corrections which Miss Gill suggested when he took the first four chapters of the manuscript over to McGraw-Hill. Discusses his visit to Princeton and the research he's been doing. Asks LP to tell Sydney that he's glad to hear he's fixed up in Russia and asks if LP is planning to go to the Washington meeting of the Physical Society. Tells LP that McGraw-Hill is going over the stuff he left them and says that if LP has the last chapter to them by January 15th then the final book should be ready by the middle of May.
