- Letter from W.A. Gale, Director of Research of the American Potash and Chemical Corporation, to LP, RE: Informs LP that they are sending him four copies of his affidavit. Notes that reference is made to nine samples, instead of the original seven, and that the results of the tests of the pentahydrate and borax glass have been included. Asks LP to read over the affidavit and execute it before a Notary before forwarding it to Messrs. Lyon & Lyon. Tells LP that the photographs attached to one of the carbon copies are there to include the notes he made on the negatives and that this copy may be retained by LP for his files.
