The Memorial Union Photographs consist of images of students who served as Memorial Union presidents, recreational sports activities, a tribute to OSU Basketball coach Ralph Miller, images of the Ceramics 80 Conference, and photographs documenting events organized by the Memorial Union Program Council.

Certain of these photographs were part of an accession of materials which included correspondence, minutes, reports, and handbooks that have been separated and placed into RG 99. Conference materials were also separated and described in other accession reports as a part of RG 099.

Loose photographs from the scrapbook have been placed in a file folder that is stored with the album. Scrapbook pages and correspondence pertaining to Memorial Union Program Consultant Leone S. Johnson (often referred to as "Mrs. Tracy Johnson" in these records) that were found with this album have been separately described in another accession report as a part of a manuscript collection.

OSU Mom's Club records that were found in this transfer have been described separately in other accession reports as a part of MSS-OSU Mom's Club Records.
