Jimmie Morris Collection, 1920-2008

James M. Morris, 1972. Morris received a degree in Electrical Engineering from Oregon Agricultural College in 1928 and wrote "The Remembered Years" with KOAC. He became a full-time producer and announcer for KOAC in 1932 and served as the Program Director from 1945-1963. Morris retired in 1972.

The Jimmie Morris Collection consists of correspondence, radio scripts, a speech for a high school commencement, and a program for the Oregon State Fair. It also includes film and photographic materials taken and collected by Morris during his time as KOAC Program Director.
