Charles W. Cormack Papers, 1954-1990

Scope and Content Note

This Cormack Papers include blank course exams, correspondence, a desk calendar, newspaper clippings, photographs, publications, research and lecture notes, studies, and sound recordings. Research notes from a project at the University of Arizona on land and water rights among Native Americans in Arizona (the Blackwater Project) can also be found in these records. Also included in this collection are sound recordings of oral interviews with members of the Coquille-Silletz Indian tribe and other Native Americans in the region and records relating to the Liberty Lake (Washington state) Rehabilitation Project. Although it is unclear whether Cormack was involved in these projects, these materials were found with his records.
