The A.B. Cordley Entomological and Horticultural Scrapbook consists of clippings pertaining to fruit and crop pests and pest control. Cordley joined the faculty of Oregon Agricultural College in 1895 as Professor of Zoology and Entomology.

The Agricultural Experiment Station (RG 025), College of Agricultural Sciences (RG 158), and Entomology Department (RG 027) Records include extensive documentation of Cordley's work as a professor and administrator. The Archives collections also include the Oregon State Horticultural Society Records (RG 151); the papers of many entomologists including Louis G. Gentner, Merton Lane, and John D. Lattin; and the extensive insect photographs in the Ken Gray Photograph Collection (P 256).
