The Archives' holdings include many collections assembled by students and alumni. The Robert E. McDole Papers document the student experience of another 1952 graduate of Oregon State; the Herbert A. Schell Photograph Collection (P 282) also includes images of Oregon State students at dances and parties in the late 1940s and early 1950s. The Wilson H. Foote (P 268) and Richard W. Gilkey (P 252) Photographs include many images of student life during this time period.
