The George S. Bailey Papers document research conducted by Bailey and several research faculty, graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers working under his direction on dietary cancer prevention agents. Bailey was a Professor of Environmental and Molecular Toxicology at Oregon State University from 1979 until his retirement in 2008.
