  • Letter from Dr. George Glockler, Chief Scientist, Office of Ordnance Research, U.S. Army, to LP RE: Pleased to learn of the remarkable way in which LP expects to travel from Los Angeles to Sweden over the North Pole. Wonderful that all the members of LP's family could be with him to receive the Nobel Prize. Has not received reprints of LP's papers for eight years and would like to receive the latest ones.
