Note from Dr. Chia-Si Lu, Department of Chemistry, U.C. Berkeley, to LP RE: Writes that he and Dr. Hughes will be coming to Pasadena next week. Adds that he will be able to work at Cal Tech for a few months as his travel request for Shanghai or Hong-Kong has not yet been approved by the State Department.
