Letter from Linus Pauling to Earl P. Stevenson. March 1, 1943Pauling states that Dr. Beckman and Reuben Wood will be visiting plants and laboratories which have used the oxygen instrument developed at Caltech. The men will collect data on the effectiveness of the instrument in the hopes of improving its design for future use. He requests that Stevenson schedule meetings for Beckman and Wood at the locations they intend to visit. Pauling notes travel expenses will be taken out of the NDRC contract fund.
