The Quick and the Dead: The Atomic Bomb. (1950) Written and directed by Fred W. Friendly, this series of recordings was aired by National Broadcasting Company on national radio in the summer of 1950. Participants included Bob Hope as "Everyman" and featured interviews with Leslie Groves, William S. Parsons, David Lilienthal and Bernard Baruch, among others.
