Letter from Linus Pauling to Lawrence Brockway. June 27, 1938Pauling explains the research being done in his lab. He notes that all of the doctoral candidates have received their degrees and includes their plans for the upcoming year. He has finished the last two chapters of the chemical bond manuscript, and he and Ava Helen have bought a plot of land in the Sierra Madre Villa with the intention of building a summer home on it.
