Explains to them that one of the reviewers thinks that the book will not be easily understood by seniors or graduate students in Chemistry because the authors assume too much knowledge of quantum mechanics. Quotes several statements from this reviewers letter regarding LP and Wilson's manuscript. Notes that they may want to consider revising parts of the manuscript with these criticisms in mind.
