Urey, Columbia University, to LP RE: Echoes the American Institute of Physics invitation to have LP be an associate editor of the Journal of Chemical Physics especially since he will assume the managing editorship. Lists the members of the proposed Editorial Board. Explains that the first issue will be out January 1st, will continue outstanding articles, and will be circulated freely in order to get a large subscription list.
