Educational Foundation and would like to work under LP's direction for the four months that he is in the U.S. Outlines the studies he would like to do in order to determine the absolute intensity measurements of X-rays reflected on planes of a crystal using a photographic method. Handwritten note by LP informs Brasseur that the period from September- December 31st would be satisfactory for him to work at CIT, discusses the type of x-ray equipment they have, and asks if he recommends the purchase of a particular instrument.
