Letter from Linus Pauling to the Collector of Internal Revenue December 5, 1954

Pauling writes to state that he will be making a trip to Stockholm and will be out of the country until mid-March. He does not have complete records for 1954 and will not be able to prepare an income tax statement before he leaves. He is planning to prepare the statement and make his full payment before the deadline in April. Until that time, he encloses an estimated payment of 2500 dollars.  View Transcript
