August 27, 1945Pauling reports that Dan Campbell has nearly complete his preparation of fractionated gelatin for Addis, noting that Campbell will contact Addis when the gelatin is ready for use. He briefly mentions reading Addis' manuscript on the consumption of protein following loss of renal tissue.
