Letter from Linus Pauling to Robert Millikan. November 29, 1938

Pauling states that, due to a lack of funding, it is unlikely that arrangements can be made for Dr. P. A. Levene to work at Caltech after retirement. Instead, Pauling suggests that the Institute offer a position to Dr. Karl Landsteiner, supporting his research with a separate fund from the Rockefeller Foundation or a similar institution.  View Transcript
