What is a challenge as an RA on the Corvallis campus that you didn't see on the Cascades campus?
Where do you see the RA position benefiting you in the long run?
Segment Synopsis: In her position in Sackett, Carrington finds that the RA staff team is more close-knit. She feels it is more of a familial relationship, even though the group is larger. One of her favorite parts of being an RA is engaging with the culture and people on the Corvallis campus. A challenge that she sees on the Corvallis campus is that there is a lot more conduct.
