Partial Transcript: Can you tell me about your involvement in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer community at OSU or in Corvallis? For example, groups you were involved with, leadership roles you have, or have had, how you would describe your community, any events that were important to you, that sort of a thing.

Segment Synopsis: Stina reveals a little history of her experience before coming to OSU and how she was shocked to find an established queer community when she first came to the university. Stina also describes her introduction to and involvement with Rainbow Continuum, including serving as web director and co-director, and the responsibilities that came with those positions.

Partial Transcript: You and other people that I've talked to have mentioned the drag show pretty frequently. So, would it be accurate to say that the drag show is a really important event?

Like, how did it impact how you approached, um, being part of the leadership of Rainbow Continuum, how did it affect how you planned Pride Week [inaudible] the drag show, what sort of impact did it have?

Partial Transcript: In fall 2013, the Gazette Times, the Corvallis newspaper, came out with an article, um, about Queer History Month, and specifically the OSU drag show, um, and kinda talked a little bit about that event. Um, do you want to talk a little bit about the fall 2013 drag show and then also the community response to the newspaper article, that the Gazette Times wrote?
