Note to himself regarding the types of research he would like to do on hemoglobin. Pauling lists studies of Urechis hemoglobin, intermediates in carbonmonoxyhemoglobin by the electrophoretic method, the effect of salt on hemoglobin when combined with various alkylisocyanides, and pH dependence.
