Gentlemen:
A short time ago I received a communication signed by Professor Einstein soliciting funds for your committee. I sent in a small contribution because the objects of your organization appealed to me very much.
Accompanying the letter from Professor Einstein was a pamphlet entitled "Only Then Shall We Find Courage". At the time it was not possible for me to read the pamphlet carefully; I have just done so. I think it is marvelous and should be read by every person in the United States, in fact in the world, who has any brains at all.
I will be very happy to distribute some of them if this appeals to you. If you will send me fifty or a hundred of them, I will try to put them into the hands of some of the more intelligent people in this district.
