Prof. Albert Einstein, Chairman Emergency Comm. of Atomic Scientists, Inc. 90 Nassau Street, Room 28 Princeton, New Jersey

Dear Prof. Einstein:

Your letter of January 10 was received with an under-standing of the many obstacles with which you are confront-ed. I know of the problems you have encountered and will encounter in the future.

I also know of your need of funds without which you would be unable to carry on with your fine work. The meager sum of money I am sending you will more than help you to pay for the labor involved in having you send me your very kind letter.

I have cashed in my war bonds, terminal leave pay and state bonus, and have invested three fourths of the entire sum in our organization. What the future holds for me I do not know. After my funds have been spent I'll be on my own for the rest of my life. I have and will dedicate my money, my labors, and the rest of my lifetime to our common cause. I shall eat, sleep, and drink World Government for the rest of my life. I'll speak of World Government to any-one, anytime, any place, and any where on a moments notice.

What more could I do that would further our cause?

Wishing you and the others success in your endeavors, I remain,

Very sincerely yours, Joseph A. Prachar Joseph A. Prachar Chairman, Berwyn Chapter World Republic. $5 cash
