Dr. Albert Einstein, Chairman Emergency Committee for Atomic Scientists, Ic\nc. 90 Nassau Street Princeton, New Jersey
Dear Dr. Einstein: On June 30th I retired from professional life and was presented with a gift, out of which I am sending you the enclosed check for $5.00. I am most concerned about the possibilities in the mis-use of atomic energy and am delighted to have this opportunity to cooperate with yoru campaign of education. However, I fear that this may be the last time that I can be an active contributor.
I appreciate thsi opportunity.
Yours sincerely, (Mrs.) Marion F. McDowell [illegible]
