Fords Pharmacy Samuel S. Katz...Zoltan M. Szalay, Pharmacists THE PHARMACY LOYAL TO THE ETHICAL TRADITION Phone P.A. 4-4568 550 New Brunswick Avenue Fords, New Jersey May 23th. 1948.

Emergency Committee of Atomic Scientists 118 Nassau St. Princeton N.J.

Gentlemen.--

Along with my modest check, I am particularly pleased to enclose one from our Fords Lions Club.

Being one of its members, I have taken it upon myself to equaint them with your pincipals and aims. Also, to solicit its support for your lofty and correct goal.

It seems to me that it may be a good move to gain sub-stancial moral and material support for the E.C.A.S. Clubs of Lions International, who are dispersed in 18 nations of the Americas. I think it would be well work the effort, if the idea appeals to you.

Wishing you success in your great work, I am, Yours very respectfully, Samuel Katz

P.S. Please send any acknowledgement for L.S. ckeck to our secretary: Mr. Robert M. Mulveney, c/o Lions Club Fords N.J.
