Doctor Albert Einstein President The Emergency Committee of Atomic Scientists Princeton, New Jersey
My dear Doctor Einstein:
Enclosed please find my check for contribution to the million dollar campaign for public enlightenment in connecting with your committee's objectives.
That I heartily endorse your committee's point of view is apparent from the letters attached which I wrote November 8 to Mr. Lilienthal, Chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission, and to Mr. Eric Johnston, President, Motion Picture Association of America, Inc..
I trust you will feel free to call upon me for any assignments in this first, of all problems.
Very sincerely yours, Sidney Q. Janus, Ph. D
Thank for letter [Illegible]
