Professor Albert Einstein, Chairman
Emergency Committee of Atomic Scientists,
90 Nassau Street,
Princeton, N. J.
Dear Sir:
I only wish I could send more money to the Emergency Committee, which I recognize as the one bright spot in a very dark situation.
I make bold to include a sonnet which I sent to The Worcester Telegram. I admit that it sounds pietistic, but perhaps it will interest you. I thought that it might appeal to a number of people who still cling to vestiges of christianity.
Respectfully yours,
Henry Harmon Chamberlin
