33 McClean Ave. State [Is. S, N. T.?] Mar. 20, 1948
Dear Dr. [illegible] Thank you for the privilege of sharing in this most important work & educating the American people as to the need of understanding between the Russian people and the people of our country. Now, if ever, is the time. As I turned over Dr. Einstein's reply to Soviet scientists to a doctor friend of mine, together with [blank?] for contributing to educational fund, will you please send me 15 more copies of prints of Eintstein letter, your appeal for five hundred thousand additional dollars, and [blanks?] for contributors to fill out? It is my belief that each of us should attempt to reach fifteen prospects.
Gratefully yours, (Signature) Edith Keene Bower
