BUTTERFIELD 8-5030
740 PARK AVENUE
March 7, 1947
Emergency Committee of Atomic Scientists, Room 28 - 90 Nassau Street, Princeton, New Jersey.
Dear Sirs:
The pamphlet reprinting expressions of opinion by Professor Einstein and Dean Gauss on atomic energy has interested me greatly. The campaign of education which you are inaugurating will be of immeasurable value to mankind.
I am not myself able to give large sums of money. Would it not be possible to have classes of membership for relatively small sums, which would express the approval and interest of many small donors?
Sincerely yours,
Katharine Bliss
(Mrs. Walter P. Bliss)
