3/31/48 The enclosed contributions in answer to Einstein's letter of 2/26/48, is half mine and half a contribution of my son, John C. Blair, out of his [ID65?] monthly GI education allowance. I Think The Russian regime wants to maintain itself in power by pointing to the opposition of America . Likewise President Truman wants to select himself by pointing to the opposition of Russia.
