letter with which I do not completely agree: "we believe that an informed citizenry will act for life and not for death". Having had four years under German occupation and given underground lectures for the Brussels Free University, I assure you it was not always the most informed people who had the courage to fight the evil of the nazis - but those informed who had also enough trinity in their hearts to sacrifice themselves for their ideals. You know, of course, that fraternity gives courage that fear does not! It is with this additional idea I am wir your letter, which help me to find a practical answer to a problem with which I am feeling very concerned.
