Dear Mr. Einstein: Your literature has come to me through a friend - and I am deeply interested in it - for I believe this Atomic Energy is given us as a tool to be used for general good - why do we the people have to be ruled by those who believe in war - as a means of settling things - It is because men with real brains and education and spiritual insight will not do their part towards the general good? Politics remain shallow + full of wrong practices - while there are men who should be on the advisory board of the President and are not.

I am sorry my contribution is so small - but I cannot give more - I work for very little - in fact for no salary but have enough for my needs always -

Sincerely and respectfully

Rebecca C. Low
