Dear Miss Ray: On May 29th we received 300 copies of Dr. Einstein's article "Only Then hall we Find Courage" but as yet have not received the 300 copies of John Hersey's "Hiroshima". We have since received a note from George L. Glasheen of the National Committee on Atomic Information in which he advised us that the American Friends Service Committee has also order material for the Institute on International Relations which will be held in Kansas City June 6-8. The Hersey articles were not ordered by the Friends and if it is possible for you to send them to us as per your letter of May 15 so that we can have them by June 6, please do so.
