This is a sex matter & it must be allowed space & power, - tho I think natural laws are going to settle that, & put women duly educated in a place of authority where they belong. At present about all possible is to try & fix the mistakes of men, as women in [illegible] are doing, removing debris, & Japanese [illegible]
