Wiegand Hall was known as the Food Technology Building when it was built. Food processing, canning, freezing, taste testing, and food research took place within the building.

Mechanical Hall

Mechanical Hall was destroyed by fire on the night of September 26th-27th, 1898.

The building was originally built as Snell Hall, a women's dorm. It later became Extension Hall around 1958. Today it is known as Ballard Extension Hall.

The Student Health Services Building was one of two WPA-constructed buildings on campus designed by architect John Bennes.

The building was originally the Mines Building from 1913-1965 and has been Batcheller Hall from 1965 to the present.

Professor Frederick Berchtold was the Dean from 1884-1932 at Oregon Agricultural College. He was Dean of Faculty from 1896-1901.
