Melissa Talbott Oral History Interview

Melissa Talbott started at Deschutes Brewery as a server and over the past 27 years has ascended to a management position in the Bend Pub. In her interview, Talbott talks about growing up in California, moving to Bend, and starting work in 1990 at the Deschutes Brewery downtown restaurant. She talks about how the company has changed to meet the evolving interest of customers, as well as the ways she sees it has stayed true to its original goals.
