Dear Mr. Ratcliff:
Our antibody work, while moving along slowly, has not made very much progress since
I saw you. I now have hopes that the experiments will give a decisive answer during
the coming few months, and I suggest that you write to me in, say, December. I trust
that by that time we shall be able to give you the "go ahead" signal.
