Dear Dr. Branson:
I enclose a draft of a manuscript which we propose to publish in the Proceedings of
the National Academy of Sciences. Dr. Weinbaum did a great amount of work, based
on your original notes, and I think that a discussion of the configuration of the
spirals is in good shape.
Please let me know if there are any suggestions that you want to make about the wording
of the paper. Also let me know if it is satisfactory to you to publish it in the
Proceedings of the National Academy.
With best regards, I am
Sincerely yours,
Linus Pauling:W
